性能特点Specification：

　　1、工作腔内无任何介质，可获得清洁真空。There is nothing in the pump cavity, so we can get a clean vacuum environment.
　　2、工作腔及螺杆转子表面有防腐涂层，可适应恶劣工况。There are antisepsis coat in the surface of pump cavity, so our pump can work in the abominable environment.
　　3、气体在泵内无压缩，适宜抽取可凝性气体。Gas can not be compressed in the pump, so our pump can get coagulable air.
　　4、单台泵可从大气抽至1Pa，真空系统可大大简化。Gas can be deflated to 1 Pa by a single pump
　　5、水温对真空影响小，节水达90％以上,甚至可以不耗水。Less influence by the water temperature, economize 90 percent water so much as waste no water.
